Reconnecting with nature is a mainline to health and rehabilitation. Unfortunately time spent connecting with the natural world is often interpreted as idle and unproductive.

This retreat will show you the science of why that belief is not only false, but harmful to mental and physical health.

Participating in the PACE workshop will provide you with relief from self-judgement and allow you to feel good about dedicating time for reconnection. 

During the retreat you will be guided to engage in simple, yet powerful practices in your own outdoor space — Developing a foundation for ongoing practice.
