Please read our refund policy.
- If you change your mind up to one month prior to the program start date you receive a full refund, less a $100 administration fee if you have made one payment by check. If you have made one payment online you will receive a full refund less a $208 administration fee (I do not recapture the costly payment processing fee from the initial payment.)
- If you change your mind less than one month prior to the program start date you receive a full refund less a $358 fee. A $208 administration fee plus a $158 fee because we pay non-refundable deposits and commit to invoices for our location and our chef in advance based on our numbers.
- If you are unable to begin the program on our start date for reasons beyond your control— pandemic, illness, tragedy, death, etc., and wish to move your participation to the next cohort dates, there is no additional fee.
- If it is less than one month prior to the program start date and you are unable to come for reasons beyond your control— pandemic, illness, tragedy, death, etc., and you choose to withdraw completely, you will receive a full refund if you have paid by check. If you have paid online you will receive a full refund less $108 (payment processing fee not returned to me either.) In some cases, we may have to charge a fee of no more than $258. Depending on the circumstances, if we are able to recover our deposit fees, we will return the full amount- less any online payment processing fees.
- If Kathleen or RxOutside cancels for reasons other than a natural disaster you will receive 100% of your money back.
- In the event of a natural disaster, Kathleen and RxOutside will first attempt to reschedule the start date at a time that is most convenient to most participants. In the event you are unable to attend newly scheduled dates you will receive your money back.
- Although it hasn’t happened before if after the program begins you are dissatisfied with the program and wish to discontinue, we ask that you commit to first communicating with Kathleen to find a resolve. Kathleen is known to be very approachable and compassionate. If after attempting to resolve the issue with Kathleen a mutual resolution isn’t possible, you will receive a prorated refund. No more than half the cost of tuition will be refunded.
